  • No abuse or violation of the terms of use was detected.

⚠️ Requests submitted more than 24 hours after activation are not eligible, unless a proven technical issue exists.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

  • Incompatibility with your device or Internet connection

  • Incorrect use or misconfiguration on your part

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Issues caused by third parties (power outages, ISP blocking, non-functional VPN)
